Primärprävention: Theoretische Grundlagen für eine emotionsspezifische Psychoedukation in der Allgemeinbevölkerung – Integrative Perspektiven

Dargestellt werden theoretische Grundlagen für eine emotionsspezifische Psychoedukation in der Allgemeinbevölkerung. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf primärpräventive und gesundheitsfördernde Psychoedukation. Berücksichtigt werden Emotionen, welche sich entwicklungspsychologisch bereits in frühem Alter zeigen. Auch wird der soziale Einfluss auf das emotionale Erleben thematisiert, insbesondere mit Blick auf das emotionale Erleben in der Deutschschweizer Bevölkerung. Ausserdem werden Möglichkeiten diskutiert, in welcher Form – angelehnt an die Konzepte der Integrativen Therapie – emotionsspezifische Psychoedukation durchgeführt werden könnte.

Theoretical foundations for emotion-specific psychoeducation in the general population are presented. The focus is on primary preventive and health promoting psychoeducation. Emotions that show developmental psychologically at an early age are taken into account. The social influence on the emotional experience is also discussed, especially with a view to the emotional experience in the German-speaking Swiss population. In addition, possibilities are discussed in which form – based on the concepts of the Integrative Therapy – emotion-specific psychoeducation could be carried out.
