Verfahrensdokumentation für ODAS: Survey-Feedback-Instrument zur Organisationsdiagnose an Schulen

Abstract / Description

Das Instrument ODAS zur Organisationsdiagnose an Schulen wurde als Survey-Feedback-Instrument entwickelt, das ein Screening der relevanten Dimensionen der Organisation Schule ermöglicht und somit Grundlage für schulische Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen, Profilbildungen und Schulprogrammentwicklungen sein kann. ODAS besteht aus einem Interviewleitfaden für ein Gespräch mit der Schulleitung, bei dem objektive Daten über die Schule erhoben werden und eine eventuelle Anpassung der Fragebögen an die Schule besprochen wird, und aus Fragebogenversionen für Lehrer, Schüler und Eltern (mind. 75 Fragen, inkl. weitere 36 Fragen für Lehrer) besteht. Reliabilität: Die internen Konsistenzen der Skalen liegen bei Cronbachs Alpha = .64-.87. Validität: Neben der Sicherung der Inhaltsvalidität durch Expertengespräche bei der Itemkonstruktion fand eine kommunikative Validierung bei der Datenrückmeldung und bei anschließenden Gesprächen mit den Schulmitgliedern statt. Bezüglich der Konstruktvalidität belegen die Ergebnisse der explorativen Faktorenanalyse, dass heterogene Bereiche erfasst werden und sinnvolle Faktoren resultieren. Normen: Vergleichsdaten anderer Schulen können bezogen werden.
As an instrument for organisational diagnosis in schools, ODAS was developed as a survey feedback instrument that enables a screening of the relevant dimensions of the school organisation and can thus be the basis for school organisational development measures, profile building and school programme development. ODAS consists of an interview guideline for a discussion with the school management, in which objective data about the school is collected and a possible adaptation of the questionnaires to the school is discussed, and of questionnaire versions for teachers, students and parents (at least 75 questions, including a further 36 questions for teachers). Reliability: The internal consistencies of the scales are at Cronbach's Alpha = .64-.87. Validity: In addition to ensuring content validity through expert discussions during item construction, a communicative validation took place during data feedback and in subsequent discussions with school members. With regard to construct validity, the results of the exploratory factor analysis prove that heterogeneous areas are covered and meaningful factors result. Norms: Comparative data from other schools can be obtained.
