Supervision und Identität. Die Kleingruppen-Supervision bildet einen elementaren Ausbildungsbaustein im Masterstudiengang Klinische Musiktherapie ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). In diesem Artikel wird das Konzept der Supervision innerhalb des Studiencurriculums vorgestellt. Stimmen und Statements illustrieren die möglichen Relationen zwischen Supervision und Identitätsentwicklung. Diese Aussagen werden miteinander verknüpft. Theorie und Praxis begegnen sich. Einige Fallvignetten geben Einblick in die praktische supervisorische Arbeit.
Supervision and identity. Supervision in small groups is a basic module in the masters degree course Clinical Music Therapy ZHdK (Zurich University of the Arts). In this article the concept of supervision within the curriculum is introduced. Voices and statements illustrate possible connections between supervision and the development of identity. These statements will be put in relation to each other. Theory and practice meet. Several case studies provide insight into practical supervisory work.
