Wie viel Musik braucht eine Supervision für Musiktherapeuten?

Ausgehend von einem Supervisionsmodell nach den Richtlinien der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Supervision (DGSv) diskutiert der Autor verschiedene Aspekte der Anwendung musiktherapeutischer Methoden im Supervisionsprozess. Neben Aspekten der Vermittlung der musiktherapeutischen Methode durch die Methode und der Vertiefung psychotherapeutischer Inhalte werden Probleme der Überidentifikation und fehlenden Distanzierung erörtert. Aus der Diskussion der verschiedenen Punkte begründet der Autor einen flexiblen themen- und prozessorientierten Einsatz musiktherapeutischer Techniken, die gleichberechtigt neben anderen Techniken der Analyse und Reflexion im Prozess angewandt werden.

Based on a supervision model according to the guidelines of the German Association of Supervision (DGSv) the author discusses various aspects of using music therapy methods in the process of supervision. Aspects of teaching the music therapeutic method by the method and the deepening of psychotherapeutic contents are discussed in addition to problems of over-identification and lack of distancing. From the discussion of the various points the author substantiates a thematic- and processoriented use of music therapy techniques that are equally applied in addition to other techniques of analysis and reflection in the process.
