Abstract / Description

Überlegungen zu Ursprüngen der Empathie und der Mentalisierung werden beschrieben. In erster Linie sollen Ähnlichkeiten sowie Störungen beider Phänomene untersucht und musiktherapeutische Behandlungsansätze aufgezeigt werden. Eine mögliche Förderung von Empathie durch Musiktherapie (mit den Konzepten der Resonanz, Einschätzung der Beziehungsqualität (EBQ Instrument) und Synchronisation) wird hierbei mit Fallvignetten beschrieben und auf Mentalisierung übertragen.
This article takes into consideration and describes the underlying origins of empathy and mentalization. First and foremost, the similarities, as well as disorders, of both phenomena are investigated, and music therapy treatment approaches shown. The possible promotion of empathy through music therapy (with resonance, Assessment of the Quality of Relationship (AQR-instrument) and synchronisation concepts) are described in case vignettes and transferred to mentalization.
