Heilsame Bilder des Waldes in der Integrativen Therapie – vom Betrachten zum Inneren Bild

In dieser Arbeit werden waldtherapeutische Übungen für Erwachsene vorgestellt. Ziel ist es, durch die multisensorische Wahrnehmung des Waldes – insbesondere durch die visuelle Wahrnehmung – gesundheitsfördernde Erfahrungen im Wald zu machen. Dies wir anhand der wirksamen Heilfaktoren der integrativen Therapie beschrieben. Die Ansätze der meditativen Fotografie werden vorgestellt und ihre Verknüpfung mit den Methoden der integrativen Therapie erprobt. Wird das Gesehene als innere Bilder, als heilsame Impressionen (gemäß der hermeneutischen Spirale) mit in den Lebensalltag genommen und dient als Ressource?

In this work, forest therapy exercises for adults are presented. The aim is to make health-promoting experiences in the forest through the multi-sensory perception of the forest – in particular through the visual perception. This is described on the basis of the effective healing factors of integrative therapy. The approaches of meditative photography are presented and their connection with the methods of integrative therapy is tested. Will the seen as inner images, as salutary impressions (according to the hermeneutic spiral) taken into the everyday life and serves as a resource?
