Erkenntnistheoretische, entwicklungspsychologische, neurobiologische und agogische Positionen der „Integrativen Therapie“ als „Entwicklungstherapie“ und „Selbsterfahrung“ – Grundlagen für Selbsterfahrung in therapeutischer Weiterbildung, Supervision und Therapie – Theorie, Methodik, Forschung

Die „Integrative Therapie“ ist eine moderne Form der Psychotherapie im „neuen Integrationsparadigma“ ausgerichtet an einem Modell „klinischer Entwicklungspsychologie in der Lebensspanne“. Ihre Grundpositionen und -konzepte, wie sie für die Patientenbehandlung aber auch für die Ausbildung von PsychotherapeutInnen wesentlich sind, werden in diesem Text in kompakter Form dargestellt. Ein differentielles und komplexes Konzept der „Selbsterfahrung“ steht im Zentrum unserer Überlegungen, weil diese sowohl in den Veränderungsprozessen klinischer Behandlung als auch in den Entwicklungsprozessen der TherapeutInnenpersönlichkeit von großer Bedeutung ist. Es werden die agogischen, psychologischen, therapeutischen, neurobiologischen Positionen – eingeschlossen die „integrative Lerntheorie“ und Konzepte zur professionellen Sozialisation –, die für Therapie und Entwicklungsprozesse bedeutsam sind, umrissen und in Bezug auf relevante Entwicklungen im Feld moderner Psychotherapie diskutiert.

“Integrative Therapy” is a modern form of psychotherapy within the “new integration paradigma”, based in “clinical lifespan developmental psychology”. Basic positions and concepts of which are important as well for the treatment of patients as for the training of psychotherapists are presented in condensed form. A differentiated and complex concept of “selfexperience” is placed in the center of our reflexions, because it is crucial for the process of change in clinical treatment but also in the developmental processes of the therapist’s personality. The agogical, psychological, therapeutic and neurobiological positions – including the concepts of the integrative learning theory, concepts of professional socialization – that are important for therapy and developmental processes are delineated and discussed in respect to relevant developments in the field of modern psychotherapy.
