„Mentalisierung“, „kollektive mentale Repräsentationen“ und die Arbeit mit der „Familie im Kopf“. „Integrativ-Systemische“ Entwicklungstherapie mit Familien – das „bio-psycho-sozial-ökologische“ Modell „Integrativer Humantherapie“ und „Integrativer Supervision“ (2006v,2009h, 2021)

Familien (Gruppen, Teams) werden nicht nur als ein „äußeres“ soziales Netzwerk betrachtet, sondern auch als ein „inneres“ repräsentationales System, aufgebaut durch Internalisierungen / Interiorisierungen in „Zonen proximaler Entwicklung“ (Vygotskij), die zugleich auch „Zonen optimaler Proximität“ (Petzold) sind. Sie konstruieren durch das Interiorisieren und Verarbeiten komplexer Information – so verstehen wir Mentalisierungen in einer sozialkonstruktivistischen Sicht – „repräsentierte Realitäten“, „kollektive mentale Repräsentationen“ (Moscovici), die Menschen „im Kopf “ haben, und die die funktionalen bio-psycho-sozial-ökologischen Regulationssysteme des Individuums und seine Verhaltensperformanz nachhaltig beeinflussen: seine biologische Realität – erweitert um die ökologische und evolutionsbiologische Komponente; seine psychologische Realität – erweitert um das Mentale, (Sinn-, Werte-, Ästhetisches); seine soziologische Realität – erweitert um das Kulturelle und Ethnische. An diesen mental repräsentierten Realitäten mit ihren Werten, Kulturen des Denkens, Fühlens, Wollen, Handelns, Kommunizierens gilt es zu arbeiten, wenn man das Verhalten von Familien und von Einzelnen in ihren Familien, bzw. die Nachwirkungen von familialen Einflüssen auf den Einzelnen auch außerhalb der Familie verändern will. Der Integrative Ansatz solcher Arbeit in Therapie wird vorgestellt, der auch für die Supervision solcher Systeme grundlegende Bedeutung hat. Man kann sie nur verändern, wenn man die kollektiven mentalen Repräsentationen beeinflusst und verändert – und mental bedeutet dies, es sind kollektive kognitive, emotionale, motivationale und volitionale Repräsentationen, mit denen die kognitivistische Sicht von Moscovici erweitert wird.

Families (groups, teams) are not only seen as an „external“ social network-system, but also as an internal representational system, formed through internalisations resp. interiorisations in „Zones of proxymal Development“ (Vygotskij), which are at the same time „Zones of optimal Proximity “ (Petzold), too. They are constructing through interiorising and processing of complex information – this is how we understand mentalisation, a social constructivist view – represented realities, „collective mental repäsentations“ (Moscovici) that are on „peoples’ minds“ and are influencing the functional bio-psycho-socio-ecological regulatory systems of the individual and his behavioural performance in a sustainable manner: its biological reality – extended by the ecological and evolutionary compound; its psychological reality – extended by the mental dimension (meaning, values, aesthetic qualities); ist sociological reality – extended by the cultural and ethnic dimension. These mentally represented realities with the connected value systems, cultures of thinking, feeling, will, acting and communicating are targets of intervention to be focussed when behaviour of families or groups and their members or the consequences of influences from the family on individuals in families or outside of them shall be changed. You can only change them if you influence and change the collective mental representations – and mentally, these are collective cognitive, emotional, motivational and volitional representations, which expand the cognitivist view of Moscovici.
