Journal für die Dokumentation von Supervisionsprozessen im Einzelsetting

Die Qualitätssicherung und –entwicklung von guter Supervision bedarf u.a. der standardisierten Dokumentation von „Supervisionsprozessen“ – in der Psychotherapie hat man Behandlungsjournale –, die zeigen, ob Supervisionen theoriegeleitet und in methodischer Systematik durchgeführt werden. Im Ausbildungskontext werden für die „Lehrsupervision“ solche Journale angefertigt und von den LehrsupervisorInnen begleitet.Das vorliegende standardisierte und evaluierte Journal hat sich zur Förderung supervisorischer Praxiskompetenz bewährt.

Quality maintenance and –Development of good supervision requires a standardisationin the documentation of supervisory processes – comparable to treatment journals in Psychotherapy – that is showing whether supervision is given theory guided and with a systematic methodology. In the context of supervisory training these journals are guided by training supervisors. The here published standardised and evaluated Journal has proven its Effectivity in developing supervisory Practice competence.
