Integratives Projektmanagement - ein innovativer Ansatz für die Praxis.

Für das Arbeitsfeld Projektmanagement wird auf Basis der Inhalte der integrativen Supervision und des reflexiven Managements der Ansatz des integrativen Projektmanagements entwickelt. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Form ganzheitlicher Projektbegleitung als innovativer Ansatz für die Praxis der Organisationberatung und -entwicklung in Wirtschaftsunternehmen. Vor dem Hintergrund hochkomplexer Beziehungskonstellationen und Kommunikationsprozessen sowie schwierigster Problemlagen im Projektgeschehen werden Reflexionsprozesse implementiert, die alle Ebenen der Organisation einschließen. Damit ist ein Handlungsrahmen geschaffen, aus dem heraus mehrperspektivische Betrachtung und Mehrebenenreflexion (z.B. Triplexreflexion) des Projektmanagements möglich wird. Dies geschieht in der Praxis im Projektverlauf durch Coaching, Supervision und Metaconsulting unter Einsatz externer Spezialisten. Diese hochkarätige Form des „Beratens von Beratung“ erfordert von allen Beteiligten große Bereitschaft für ein kokreatives und koemotives Miteinander. Within the field of project management, the approach of intergrative project management is devel-oped by combining philosophies and methods of integrative supervision und reflective management. It emerges as a means of escorting a project throughout in all its multiperspective aspects and pro-vides an innovative approach on which to base organisation counseling and organisation develop-ment in business companies. Against a background of highly complex relationship constellations and communication processes but also with highly problematic project-related situations, reflexive processes are implemented involving all levels of the organization. This provides scope for multiperspective views and multilevel reflection (e.g. triple reflection) of project management.In practice, this occurs throughout the project by means of coaching, supervision und metaconsulting by external consultants. This sophisticated form of „consultancy counseling“ requires from all involved a high level of willingness to enter into cocreative and coemotive cooperation. The gains will be an increase in sovereignty and competence for the individual and, for the business concerned, the means of optimizing productivity and innovative power.
