Abstract / Description

In this study, the effect of an MCBI on psychotherapists (therapeutic mindfulness skill and self-reported empathy) was evaluated, as well as its indirect effect on patients (perceived empathy of their psychotherapist, therapeutic bond, and symptomatology). Finally, we present a model in which we analyze the relationship between the improvement of these variables in psychotherapists and their patients.
