Intersubjektivität und Selbstreflexion

Intersubjektivität – verstanden als Fähigkeit zur empathischen Perspektivenübernahme und sozialen Kognition als Grundmodell der sozialen Interaktion – setzt eine spezifische Form des selbstreflexiven Selbstbewusstseins voraus. Um diese Hypothese zu verdeutlichen, wird im vorliegenden Beitrag auf Konzepte von Jean Piaget zurückgegriffen, der Entwicklung als einen Prozess der Bewusstwerdung beschreibt. Dieser beruhe auf der Reflexion eigener Handlungen und Handlungsschemata und ist daher ein Prozess der Selbstreflexion. Am Beispiel des Integrationsprozesses traumatischer Erfahrungen wird aufgezeigt, wie Antinomien Selbst-Strukturen (von der basalen Selbstbeziehung bis zum selbstreflexiven Selbstbewusstsein) fördern oder blockieren können und damit Entwicklung hemmen bzw. vorantreiben. Abschliessend werden Vorschläge für die Behandlungstechnik gegeben.

Intersubjectivity – the ability to adapt perception via empathy and social cognition as a basic model of social interaction – requires self-reflection. To further illustrate this hypothesis, this paper will fall back on concepts by Jean Piaget, which describe development as a process of ideational realisation. Those operations are based on the reflection of the own contemplation processes as well as action schemas and therefore are a process of self-reflection. The process of integrating traumatic experiences serves as an example how the different internal mechanisms (from the primary self-relation to the process of self-reflection) can promote or hinder development. Treatment techniques will be provided at the end.

L’intersoggettività – come capacità di assunzione delle prospettive e cognizione sociale come modello di base dell’interazione sociale – presuppone una forma specifica di coscienza di sé autoriflessiva. Per chiarire tale ipotesi, si ricorre in questo articolo ai concetti di Jean Piaget, il quale descrive lo sviluppo come un processo di presa di coscienza di sé. Ciò si basa sulla riflessione delle proprie azioni e dei propri schemi di azione ed è quindi un processo di autoriflessione. Come riferimento al processo d’integrazione di esperienze traumatiche viene mostrato come antonimie (dall’autorelazione basale fino alla coscienza di sé autoriflessiva) possano favorire o bloccare le strutture del sé e quindi ostacolare o accelerare lo sviluppo. Infine vengono forniti suggerimenti relativi alla tecnica di trattamento.
