Verfahrensdokumentation für G-TUQ: Deutsche Version des Telehealth Usability Questionnaire

Abstract / Description

Die deutsche Version des Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (G-TUQ) dient der Bewertung der Gebrauchstauglichkeit/Usability von Telehealth-Implementierungen und -Diensten, wie bspw. Digitalen Gesundheitsanwendungen (DiGAs). Sie umfasst 21 Items, die 6 Usability Faktoren (wahrgenommene Nützlichkeit, Gebrauchstauglichkeit und Erlernbarkeit, Qualität der Benutzeroberfläche, Qualität der Interaktion, Verlässlichkeit sowie Zufriedenheit und künftige Nutzungsabsicht) abbilden. Reliabilität: Für die deutsche Kurzversion, Telehealth Usability and Perceived Usefulness Short Questionnaire (G-TUUSQ) ergaben sich interne Konsistenzen von Cronbach α = .93 (Faktor 1: Wahrgenommene Nützlichkeit für die Gesundheitsversorgung) und Cronbach α = .92 (Faktor 2: Usability). Validität: G-TUQ ist inhaltsvalide. Sowohl die Lang- als auch die Kurzfassung sind faktorenanalytisch untersucht worden. Weitere Untersuchungen stehen noch aus.
The German version of the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (G-TUQ) is used to evaluate the user-friendliness/usability of telehealth implementations and services, such as digital health applications (DiGAs). It comprises 21 items that reflect six usability factors (perceived usefulness, ease of use and learnability, interface quality, interaction quality, reliability, and satisfaction and future use). Reliability: For the German short version, Telehealth Usability and Perceived Usefulness Short Questionnaire (G-TUUSQ), internal consistencies of Cronbach α = .93 (factor 1: perceived usefulness for healthcare) and Cronbach α = .92 (factor 2: usability) were found. Validity: G-TUQ is content-valid. Both the long and short versions have been examined using factor analysis. Further investigations are still pending.
