SPSS Analysis Script for the Personal Reputation Dataset: Personal Reputation as Social Capital among Fine‐Arts Students

This archive contains the anonymised raw dataset (N = 400), data dictionary, SPSS analysis script, and bilingual (Arabic / English) versions of the Personal‐Reputation Scale (PRS) used in the study “Personal Reputation as Social Capital among Fine‐Arts Undergraduates at a Public University in Iraq.” The dataset is released under CC-BY 4.0 to enable full replication and reuse.

This repository contains two language versions (Arabic and English) of the 'Personal Reputation Scale', a 26-item self-report instrument developed to assess the perceived level of personal reputation among university students. The scale is theoretically grounded in 'Reputation Enhancement Theory' (Emler, 1990) and designed to capture three key domains of personal reputation: Q – Personal Behaviour; W – Task Performance; E – Social Relations. Each item is rated on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1 ('Does not apply to me at all') to 5 ('Completely applies to me'). Free to use under CC-BY 4.0.
