Partizipatives Forschen unter dem Blickwinkel der Empowerment-Theorie – einige kritische Anmerkungen

Das Verhältnis zwischen Forschen und Praxis unter dem Begriff der Partizipation steht im Fokus dieses Artikels. Der Autor versucht unter gemeindepsychologischer Perspektive »Ungereimtheiten« in der partizipativen Praxis von Organisationen und der Rolle von Forschung zu analysieren. Er spricht sich dafür aus Empowerment und Partizipation zusammen zu denken und zu handhaben. Zwei Praxisbeispiele veranschaulichen seine Sichtweise.

This article focuses on the relation of research and praxis. In applying a community psychology perspective, the author tries to analyze contradictions in the participatory praxis of organizations and research projects. He argues for a combined approach which includes empowerment and participation. Two empirical examples shed light on the author’s theoretical explications.
