Ist die Handlungsregulationstheorie nützlich für die Supervision?

Ausgehend von eigenen Erfahrungen in der Supervisionsarbeit wird die eklektizistische Situation der Supervisionsmethode thematisiert, und explizierte Supervisionskonzepte werden auf ihren metatheoretischen Gehalt hin überprüft. Vor dem Hintergrund der Handlungsregulationstheorie wird Supervision handlungspsychologisch interpretiert. An einem Fallbeispiel wird der Regulationsbedarf im handlungspsychologischen Sinne dargestellt und somit ein Entwurf geliefert, wie sich handlungspsychologisches Denken im Kontext von Supervision als metatheoretische Orientierungshilfe nutzen lässt.

On the basis of the own experiences in the supervision work the authors bring up for discussion the theoretical situation of the supervision method. Relevant supervision concepts are checked for their theoretically content. Before the background of the action-theory supervision is interpreted action-theoretically. At a case study the regularization requirement in the action-theoretically sense is represented and thus a design is supplied, as action-theoretically thinking in the context of supervision can be used as guideline assistance.
