Diskussion der Begriffe Institution, Organisation, Sozialisation in Institutionen und Schlussfolgerungen für die Integrative Supervision

In dieser Arbeit werden erste zielgerichtete Kooperationen bei den Frühmenschen und die anthropologischen Gesichtspunkte von Institutionen erklärt. Die Institutionalisierung in Organisationen wird als Prozess beschreiben. Die Begriffe Institution und Organisation werden gegenübergestellt, ausdifferenziert und Implikationen für die Integrative Supervision herausgearbeitet. Ausgewählte Einzelaspekte in Zusammenhang mit Institution und Organisation (Arbeit, Verwaltung, der leibliche Aspekt, Rollenkonzept, Macht) werden kritisch herausgearbeitet. Im Anschluss wird die Sozialisation in Organisationen über den Lebenslauf und die berufliche Sozialisation erklärt. Die Einarbeitung als Element der beruflichen Sozialisation wird mit Hilfe des tetradischen Modells aus dem Integrativen Ansatz erläutert. Zum Schluss folgt ein Exkurs über Dynamiken in Organisationen und ein Exkurs über Selbstfürsorge in der Antike. Im Ausblick wird festgestellt, dass im Berufsleben demokratische Prozesse viel mehr institutionell und organisational verankert werden müssen.

This study describes the first targeted cooperation between prehistoric humans and human Institutions from an anthroprological point of view. The institutionalization in organisations will be described in it’s process. The terms ‚institution‘ and ‚organization‘ will be confronted, differentiated and implications concerning the Integrative Supervision will be developed. Selected individual aspects related to institutions and organizations such as work, administration, bodily aspects, role concepts and power will be critically shown. Further the socialization in organizations will be explained by the biography and the working socialization. Work training as an element of working socialization will be explained with the help of the tetradic model which is part of the integrative approach. Finally there will be a discussions about dynamics in organisations as well as selfcare in ancient times and antiquity. We will determine the outlook that the establishment of democratic processes is dependant on institutions and organizations.
