SUPERVISIONSDEFINITIONEN und Supervisionsverständnis Materialien zur differenzierten Darstellung in Theorie, Methodik und Praxis

Die Arbeit versucht anhand wichtiger Definitionen von Supervision aus verschiedenen Bereichen des supervisorischen Feldes und auf der Grundlage von Petzold, Ebert, Sieper 1999/2009 (in diese e-Zeitschrift SUPERVISION 4, 2010) ein Modell konzeptueller Systematisierung zu erarbeiten entlang eines temporalen und eines methodischen Rasters, das es erlaubt Positionen zu klassifizieren. Die chaotische Situation im Bereich der Supervision, was die Heterogenität der theoretischen Modelle und Ansätze anbelangt, macht Versuche der Systematisierung unerlässlich.

This paper tries to elaborate on the ground of Petzold, Ebert, Sieper 1999/2009 (this e-journal SUPERVISION 4, 2010) and of important definitions of supervision from various sectors of the field of supervision a model of conceptual systematization. It intends to classify positions along a temporal and methodological roster. The chaotic situation in the domain of supervision what the heterogeneity of theoretical models and approaches is concerned is asking urgently for endeavours of systematisation.
