The instrument builds on validated scales from previous studies (DigiMed1 and DigiMed2) assessing risk perception, stress and emotions, satisfaction, comprehensibility, and cognitive load. The aim of the DigiMed4 study was to investigate the effects of physician recommendations on informed decision-making.
