Soziale Repräsentationen und Erfahrungen mit Supervision im Feld der Psychiatrie in Norwegen

Die Forschungsstudie untersucht mit Hilfe eines Fragebogens in welchem Ausmaß multidisziplinäre Teams in psychiatrischen Kliniken in Norwegen Supervision erhalten und wie diese in den Institutionen organisiert wird. Die Studie gibt auch Hinweise auf die positiven und negativen Erfahrungen mit sowie auf die Erwartungen zur Supervision. Das Ziel der Studie war gleichzeitig Ideen und Konzepte über die Supervision und die SupervisorInnen aufzudecken, was mit Hilfe des psychosozialen Konzeptes der sozialen Repräsentationen erklärt wird. Die Analyse zeigt, dass da Konzept der Affiliation ein wichtiges Thema für das Feld der Supervision ist, zusätzlich zu dem Bedürfnis der SupervisandInnen nach Förderung professioneller und fachlicher Kompetenz. Es werden auch genderspezifische Theorien zum Thema Macht und Kontrolle erörtert und diskutiert. Und wie erwartet, erhalten Pflegefachkräfte im psychiatrischen Feld in Norwegen Supervision auf regulärer Basis. Die Studie wurde ausgehend vom Integrativen Ansatz, welcher sowohl Metatheorien wie realexplikative Theorien umfasst, durchgeführt.

This projective study is based upon a questionnaire with the aim of revealing to what extent multidisciplinary teams in psychiatric hospitals in Norway are offered supervision and how this is organized in their institutions. The study also shows evaluation of benefits and expectations to supervisions. The goal has equally been to reveal ideas and concepts about supervision and supervisor. This is seen and explained within the psychosocial concept of social representations. The survey shows that affiliation is an important issue in the supervisory context in addition to professional development. Gender issues and theories about power and control are also described and discussed. As not unexpected, health staffs in the psychiatric field in Norway are having supervision on a regular basis. The study is done within the Integrative approach which implies certain large scales- and then also middle scales theories.
