Abstract / Description

Es wird eine kompakte Perspektive auf das Konzept der „Führung“ aus der Position von Integrativer Supervision und Coaching gegeben. Evolutionspsychologische, macht- und demokratietheoretische Überlegungen und eine Befragung von Führungskräften fundieren eine differentielle Sicht auf das Führungsthema, dass in der Managementliteratur eher flach behandelt wird.
A concise view on the concept of “leadership” is given from the perspective of Integrative Supervision and Coaching. Ideas from evolutionary psychology and theory of power and democracy and from interviews with Ceos are used to underpin a differential view on the leadership topic which is in management mostly superficially reflected.
