Verfahrensdokumentation für SEA: Skala zur Erfassung von Testverfälschung durch positive Selbstdarstellung und sozial erwünschte Antworttendenzen

Abstract / Description

Beide Testformen (SEA und SEA-K) dienen der sicheren und reliablen Bestimmung der Testverfälschung durch positive Selbstdarstellung - insbesondere in Online-Tests. Die SEA-Skala umfasst sieben Likert-Items, die Kurzform (SEA-K) zwei Items, die in einer Kalibrierungsstichprobe optimiert und ausgewählt wurden. Reliabilität: SEA weist eine interne Konsistenz von Cronbachs Alpha = .70 und SEA-K eine interne Konsistenz von Alpha = .59 auf. Validität: Es konnten signifikante Korrelation mit der Absicht zur Testverfälschung durch positive Selbstdarstellung und signifikante Mittelwertunterschiede sowie eine korrekte Klassifikation mit Schwellenwerten bei guter Power (> 40%) und geringer Irrtumswahrscheinlichkeit nachgewiesen werden. Normen: Stanine-Normen liegen vor.
