Projektive und semiprojektive Verfahren für die Diagnostik von Störungen, Netzwerken und Komorbidität in der Integrativen Therapie von Kindern und Jugendlichen

Für den Kontext therapeutischer Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in der Integrativen Therapie wurde versucht, Möglichkeiten und Grenzen projektiver Tests und „semiprojektiver“ Verfahren, d.h. Realitätsbezüge und unbewusste Konnotatio-nen verbindende Verfahren vor dem Hintergrund relevanter Literatur aufzuzeigen. Das Anwendungsspektrum in der Prozessdiagnostik und der Praxis intersubjektiver Hermeneutik der Integrativen Therapie, die methodologischen Probleme, die projekti¬ven Tests inhärent sind, die aber auch bei den Testpersonen und den Anwendern liegen und ethische Grenzen aufgrund der Maxime des „informed consent“ werden dargestellt. Ein Praxisbeispiel zur projektivdiagnostischen Exploration von Komorbidität bei einem Jugendlichen vermittels eines „sozialen Atoms“ und eines „Lebenspanoramas“ verweist auf die Nützlichkeit eines solchen Zuganges mit „kreativen Medien“ aber auch mit „virtuellen Medien“.

For the context of therapeutic work with children and adolescents in Integrative Therapy it is tried to show the possibilities and limitations of projective tests and „semiprojective“ (reality connotations and their unconscious connotation combining) procedures an the ground of relevant literature. The scope of application of these aproaches in process diagnostics and the practice of intersubjective hermeneutics in Integrative Therapy, the methodological problems that are inherent to projective tests that are however also due to the limitation of the practitioners and the subjects tested are presented as well as ethical issues resulting from the principle of „informed consent“. By an example from clinical practice in the exploration of comorbidity with an adolescent patient through a „social atome“ diagram and the panorama technique“ the usefulness of a „semiprojective approache“ with „creative media“ and „virtual media“ is demonstrated.
