Abstract / Description

The purpose of this research is to investigate the link between one's choice of emotion regulation strategy and their overall resilience (i.e. their ability to bounce back after an adverse event), their levels of exhaustion (characterized by overwhelming exhaustion feelings of cynicism and detachment from the job) and their job satisfaction levels (i.e. how content one is with their job).
