Ethische Grundprinzipien und Implikationen für Supervision und Psychotherapie – Integrative Perspektiven zur Praxeologie

Supervision und Psychotherapie haben einen hohen Ethikbedarf. Vor dem Hintergrund praxiserelevanter Ethikdiskurse in der Philosophie, z. B. der “Integrativen Ethik” von Hans Krämer oder Konzepte zu Unrecht, Gerechtigkeit, “Konvivialität” (Petzold), werden ethische Grundprinzipien der Integrativen Therapie und Supervision vorgestellt und mit ihren Implikationen für psychotherapeutische und supervisorische Praxis diskutiert. Kernkonzept ist das Ko-respondenzmodell intersubjektiver Ethik, das Entscheidungsfindungen in der Praxis ermöglicht. Leitwerte wie “: “informierte Zustimmung”, “KlientInnensicherheit”, “PatientInnenwürde”, “Verschwiegenheitspflicht” werden diskutiert und an Praxisbeispielen verdeutlicht.

Supervision and Psychotherapy are in need for ethics. On the ground of discourses in philosophy relevant to practice, e.g Hans Krämer’s “Integrative Ethik” and concepts concerning justice, injustice, “conviviality” (Petzold) basic principles of ethics from Integrative Therapy and Supervision are presented and dicussed with their implications for psychotherapeutic and supervisory practice. Core concept is the co-respondence model of intersubjective ethics, which supports decision making in the field of practice. Guiding values as “informend consent”, “client’s security”, “patient’s dignity”, “professional confidentiality” are dicussed and demonstrated by examples form practice.
