Complete Dataset of Review and Meta-Analysis Including: Screening Form and Screening Manual, Screening for eligible Measurement Instruments Code Book and Coding Forms for different levels of Coding (Level 5-1) Data coded for RoB2 Judgements Data file with effect size data used for the Analysis together with the R Script Data File with calculations done in cases where data to estimate the effect size directly was not available, numerator and denominator were estimated accordin to suggestions by Lispey & Wilson (2000)
